Business contracts - We
draft many different types of business contracts including contracts
relating to the buying and selling of businesses, work for hire
agreements, non-compete / non-competition agreements, joint venture
agreements, employment agreements and franchise related contracts. We
also review commercial leases, and assist with general contracts and

Franchise agreements
- We
can assist with the preparation of a UFOC or the review of a UFOC
(Uniform Franchise Offering Circular) a/k/a FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document.) We can also assist with
drafting, review and negotiation of franchise agreements, commercial
leases, distributorships and licsenses.
Intellectual Property contracts - Common intellectual property contracts
include non-disclosure agreements, patent licensing, trademark
licenses, work for hire agreements and collaboration contracts.
Miscellaneous contracts - We
regularly draft real estate contracts, family settlement agreements,
living together agreements and the like.
Litigation - We regularly
handle breach of contract matters, unfair business practices, fraud,
business collections, and settlement agreements.
